Season 2, Episode 14: Pepperwood
This episode has a very clever script with some great Jess and Nick moments. It has become a big fan favourite over the years and has grown in popularity with the increase in streaming of the whole series.
Season 2, Episode 16: Table 34
This episode contains some great moments in the stories involving Jess and Nick alongside Cece and Schmidt. It's arguably the moment that ultimately everyone knew both couples would end up together even if there were some dodgy moments along the way.

Season 2, Episode 18: Tinfinity
A key episode that explores the often complicated, complex but ultimately wholesome friendship between Nick and Schmidt. We all wish we had a friend like Nick Miller.
Season 2, Episode 21: First Date
Nick and Jess go on their first date, but things quickly go south. They bump into Jess's ex-boyfriend Russell. This causes some awkward moments. The episode is chaotic and fun. It's also a giant mess but we love that.

An episode that features a main story involving Coach. It also contains some great moments involving a trio of Winston, Nick, and Schmidt. The later three guys decide to spend their guys' night teaching Schmidt how to do laundry. They also drink sangria, sing Lionel Richie songs, and deal with all their love problems. Sounds like our kind of night-in.
Season 5, Episode 6: Reagan
Jess is loving Jury Duty life at this stage and the guys need a new female to keep them all together as Cece isn't very good at that. Megan Fox brought a breath of fresh air to the show and really held her own in the absence of the main female lead.
